Return policy

At Resilience Couture we hope that you fall in love with the item(s) you purchased but if not we offer you the ability to return your item(s) that you are not satisfied with. However, there are guidelines for those returned item(s). 

1. There is absolutely no return or exchange on item(s) that have been worn, washed, and not in their new and original state at purchase. Items must be returned with its original packaging and all of its contents and tags. 

2. All returned item(s) must be shipped back within 7  business days from the day that you received your package. 

3. All sale item(s) are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-returnable. All exchanges are final.

4. No item(s) will be returned or exchanged until we receive and examine the original item(s) purchased. After examination of your item(s) you will be contacted via email. If all contents are in good standing with the guidelines, you will be refunded in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. Keep in mind it takes about 3-7 business days for your bank to show this return. 

You will be responsible for shipping cost on returned items.
